How MyMatch Buea works

MyMatch Buea is a verified relationship introduction platform for serious singles in Buea. It is not a swipe app and not a casual dating app. Every member is a real, verified person, and connections happen through respectful, deliberate introductions.

1. Create your profile

Sign up with email or Google and set up a public profile: your first name and last initial, age, neighborhood, a short bio, and what a meaningful relationship looks like for you. Your legal name, phone number, and documents are never shown to other members.

2. Look around straight away

As soon as your profile is set up you can browse. Each day you get a small, curated set of verified members chosen for how well you might fit, and you can search everyone whenever you like.

3. Get verified to say hello

Liking and messaging are for verified members only, so everyone you can talk to is a real person. Submit a photo ID and a verification selfie whenever you are ready, and a real person on our team reviews it, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Once approved, your profile carries an Identity Verified and Age Verified badge, member photos become visible to you, and you can like and message anyone. Your ID and selfie are stored privately and are never visible to other members.

4. Talk, with no limit

If two of you like each other, the chat opens straight away. If you messaged someone first, it waits in their requests until they reply, and you can send a few messages while you wait so nobody can be flooded. Once they reply, talk as long as you like. Messaging is free and there is no limit on it.

5. Share your number only when you want to

Chatting happens inside MyMatch, so nobody has your phone number by default. You can share your WhatsApp whenever you decide to, and it is only ever revealed to that one person.

  • Legal names, phone numbers, and documents are never public.
  • Nobody can see who you are interested in.
  • Ignoring a message is private, the sender is never singled out.
  • You choose who you talk to, and who gets your number.
